Dr. Dean Schluter is a New Zealand - trained Orthopaedic Surgeon based on the North Shore, Auckland.

Dean has Private Consulting Rooms at The Northern Clinic (Southern Cross Hospital, Wairau Road) and Silverdale Medical Centre. He is happy to see ACC referrals.
Born and bred in Canterbury, Dean graduated from Otago Medical School in 1990. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons ( FRACS ) in 2002.
Dean has extensive international fellowship experience, working with leading surgeons in Canada, Melbourne and London where he completed a Sports Knee Fellowship with top sports surgeon to the Chelsea Football club.
Dean holds a public position as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at North Shore Hospital where he performs complex foot and ankle surgery in addition to emergency and elective hip and knee procedures.
He is an active member of the New Zealand Orthopaedic Association, the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and NZ Knee and Sports society.
